Pregnancy Movement

Movement during pregnancy is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your baby. These classes are designed to support a healthy, low-risk pregnancy by improving circulation, building strength and flexibility, and easing common aches and pains. You’ll also learn breathwork techniques and positions to help with labour, strengthen your core and pelvic floor, and feel more confident and calm. It’s a chance to move mindfully, bond with your baby, and connect with other mums in a supportive, welcoming environment.
