You’ll move through gentle postures, breathwork and stretches that ease the physical demands of early motherhood, while your baby enjoys the closeness, movement and interaction. It’s a chance to reconnect with your body, spend meaningful time with your little one, and connect with other mums in a calm, welcoming environment.
